Here is a summary of the basic tasks we perform when cleaning a business. We seek to customize our services to meet your needs above your level of satisfaction. Therefore, these services are adjustable and additional services can be added to meet your specific needs. Office Areas, Hallways, Stairs, Entries, etc: • All areas including ceilings and walls dusted-on top, front and sides • Cushions and pillows fluffed and straightened • Hard surface floors swept and wet mopped • Carpeted floors vacuumed • Glass tables cleaned • Picture frames dusted • Lamp shades wiped down or dusted • Blinds dusted and wiped, if needed • Telephones sanitized • Waste receptacles emptied, damp wiped, and liners replaced, IF DESIRED • Toiletries restocked as scheduled, IF DESIRED • Smudges removed around doorjambs, push plates, light switches, glass partitions, counters and unobstructed work areas • Soil removed from entrance doorframes, handles, glass and threshold • Carpet spots removed • Light general straightening Restrooms: • All surfaces dusted and sanitized, as needed • Sink scrubbed, rinsed and buffed • Fixtures cleaned • Tub and/or shower thoroughly cleaned and rinsed, if applicable • Toilets disinfected inside and out, including base and behind • Vanity top cleaned • Mirrors cleaned • Floor vacuumed or swept and mopped • Light general straightening Breakroom/Kitchen Areas: • All surfaces dusted and sanitized as needed • Countertops and backsplash cleaned • Sinks scrubbed and rinsed and buffed • Floor vacuumed or swept and mopped • Outside of appliances cleaned (oven, microwave, refrigerator where clear, dishwasher, stovetop, etc.) • Inside of microwave cleaned • Small appliances wiped (toaster, blender, etc.) • Table washed • Light general straightening Miscellaneous: • Any unusual occurrences, malfunctions or damages reported

From homes to high-rises, our window cleaners will bestow the best possible care in the industry; we clean the edges and wipe the ledges, leaving all of your windows streak-free. We specialize in larger facilities; such as, hospitals, office complexes, schools and colleges. Our specialized ACID-WASH service can restore glass to its original luster. We use CRYSTAL CLEAR 550 glass clearing agent for glass restoration. Water spots, building run-off and pollution can cause haze, streaks, rainbow effects and cloudiness. Water spots and building run-off, if left unchecked, will cause erosion damage on any glass over time. About 95% of the corrosion on glass is currently in the Stage I condition and can be easily removed with CRYSTAL CLEAR 550, leaving a smooth, optically clear window.
Pressure washing can remove the grime and everyday pollutants left behind by a harsh environment. We have several different machines available: hot water, cold water and low-pressure chemical applicators. These machines range in pressure from 5,000 PSI for tough commercial and light industrial jobs, to as little as 135 PSI for cleaning delicate surfaces or applying chemicals without tainting the surrounding areas. We can provide E.P.A. approved containment devices that will direct and/or contain rinse water, protecting the environment and your landscape. We have portable water filtration and waste separator systems that are 99% effective at removing pollutants, including oil. We also have the capability to recapture and cart away tainted rinse water.
Proper structure maintenance and sealing of joints, windows and doors will aid in the overall cleanliness and longevity of your building. Before applying any sealant or caulking any joints, we will properly cleanse and prepare your building. Our experienced team of professionals will replace your existing caulk with the attention to detail required to ensure an air-tight and water-tight seal. Unmaintained over the next 48 months, this deck was left completely exposed to the harsh winter environment and harmful UV rays. This deck had to undergo the complete restoration process. Luckily no wood had to be replaced. This customer now maintains their deck semi-annually. First things first, we will properly prepare your project before beginning. First, we will remove all furniture, lawn-care items, etc. Then we will pre-soak all landscaping in the immediate and surrounding areas. This will allow any cleaning agent or stain that seeps through our protective coverings to roll off of plants, grass, etc., without causing chemical burns. Next, we will cover all landscaping with waterproof tarps. We will cover any areas of your home where overspray has the slightest possibility of occurring, with plastic sheathing and painters tape.
From rough site maintenance to the final handover to the owner, we will remove all remnants of the construction work. We understand that a flawless appearance is important and necessary when applying for a Certificate of Occupancy and when presenting a new, multi-million-dollar facility to its investors. While preparing your project we will: • Clean and sanitize bathrooms. • Clean and prepare new flooring for everyday use. • Dust all horizontal and hard-to-reach areas using HEPA vacuums. • Wash countertops and cabinetry. • Polish metals to their highest sheen. • Clean all windows by removing all paint, plaster, stickers and other debris from windows, window frames, doors, door frames, etc. • We specialize in high-dusting.
