Inside we will remove or cover all furniture, paintings, fixtures, appliances, rugs, etc. We will cover all areas of your home or office where overspray has the slightest possibility of occurring, with plastic sheathing and painters tape.
Outside we will move all lawn furniture and pre-soak with water all landscaping in the immediate and surrounding areas. (This will allow any cleaning agent, paint or stain that seeps through our protective coverings to safely roll off of plants, grass, etc., without causing chemical burns). Next we will cover all landscaping with waterproof tarps. We will cover any areas of your property where overspray has the slightest possibility of occurring, with plastic sheathing and painters tape. We will lay thick, clean drop cloths over your flooring and landscaping. We will clean and smooth all surfaces via sanding, washing and applying caulking, drywall, plaster and/or stucco.
