Floor Care

From the initial cleaning of newly installed floors, to restoring weathered or aged floors. Our professionals will ensure your floors long lasting beauty and protection. Regular maintenance programs and comprehensive floor care programs are available.

TERRAZZO AND STONE FLOORING: Requires a power scrub using light pads for regular maintenance, or harsh grinders for complete restoration. We remove all dirt, stains and minor scratches, leaving an even, unblemished finish.

VCT FLOORING: Can be stripped of all finishes, scratches and debris using a power scrubber. We then apply a sealer and/or several applications of floor wax. Once the floor has dried, a high speed burnisher will buff your flooring to the highest sheen possible.

HARDWOOD FLOORING: Recoating & Refinishing is recommended every 2-3 years. With the proper care and maintenance, hardwood floors can last a lifetime. The sanding process required to properly maintain your wood flooring generates a great deal of dust, therefore we will seal off our area of operation and use every precaution to protect your tenants and facility. With our Dust Containment Systems and H.E.P.A. Filtration Systems we can bring back the natural beauty of your hardwood floors, while protecting your health.
